Job Description

Digital Delivery Marketing Lead United Kingdom (Remote) Reporting to: Head of Marketing and Propositions Remuneration: up to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. The Digital Delivery Marketing Lead will lead the development, delivery, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and patient acquisition across Psychiatry UK's growing portfolio of digital mental health services, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), General Adult Psychiatry, and future service offerings. The post holder will take ownership of the end-to-end performance of paid and organic digital acquisition channels, developing channel strategy, managing budgets, delivering campaigns, and continually optimising performance to ensure marketing investment generates measurable growth in patient and partner acquisition. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role requiring a balance of strategic thinking and operational delivery. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable shaping marketing strategy, building and optimising campaigns, analysing performance data, and presenting clear, actionable insights to stakeholders to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement. This is a home-based role (applicants must reside in the UK), though occasional travel may be required for face-to-face meetings at various locations within the UK. As our Digital Delivery Marketing Lead, you will: Own delivery and performance of paid digital channels (Google Ads Search, Performance Max, paid social), including campaign structure, budget allocation, and bid strategy Monitor and report on CPA, conversion rate, and channel efficiency, making data-led recommendations on budget reallocation between channels Manage day-to-day optimisation of live campaigns, including A/B testing of creative, landing pages, and targeting Build and maintain reporting dashboards and performance decks for senior stakeholders, translating channel data into clear commercial narratives Work closely with Business Development, partnerships, and clinical operations teams to align digital campaigns with pipeline priorities (e.g. PMI, occupational health, NHS RTC pathways) Manage relationships with any external media agencies or freelance specialists, holding them to performance targets Ensure all campaign landing pages and user journeys are compliant with healthcare marketing standards, CQC expectations, and UK GDPR Support wider marketing operations, including tracking/analytics implementation (GA4, conversion tracking) and marketing tech stack management Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to leadership on a regular cadence Manage the Psychiatry-UK website and be responsible for making all changes and optimisations to the website Responsible for the delivery of a new website, highly optimised for SEO and GEO. Adept at running a small project team to deliver this project To succeed as our Digital Delivery Marketing Lead: You'll be a confident and collaborative marketing professional with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships across a range of audiences, including senior leaders. You will be comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment, using strong analytical thinking to interpret data, identify opportunities, and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience: · Proven experience in campaign management across digital and event channels. · A proven track record of delivering and optimising paid digital campaigns, ideally including Google Ads (Search and Performance Max) with significant budget responsibility · Strong analytical capability, with experience using metrics such as CPA, ROAS and conversion data to inform decision-making and optimise performance · Experience producing clear, insightful marketing reports for a range of stakeholders · Experience working within a healthcare, regulated, or another compliance-sensitive environment · Proficiency with GA4, Google Ads Editor/API, and standard marketing reporting tools · Experience managing websites, including creating, updating and maintaining web content Desirable Qualifications, Skills and Experience: · Experience of PMI, NHS or B2B2C partnership marketing · Previous experience working within a digital agency · Experience in digital mental health or healthcare marketing · Understanding of the UK mental health landscape and patient needs · Experience of working within an agency environment would be desirable Psychiatry UK: Supporting You We want you to enjoy your work while feeling healthy, happy, and appreciated.
