1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Home & Hybrid website and services. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

Home & Hybrid is operated by Steven Peters, trading as Home & Hybrid . Contact: support@homeandhybrid.co.uk .

Home & Hybrid does not currently offer paid employer listings or other paid services. Separate or updated terms will be introduced before paid services become available.

2. What Home & Hybrid provides

Home & Hybrid is an independent job-board and information service focused on remote, hybrid and flexible work. It is not an employer, recruitment agency or party to any employment relationship formed through a listing.

Listings may be reviewed before publication, but that does not amount to a guarantee, endorsement or independent verification of every statement made by an employer or external source.

3. Job listings and applications

Job information can change, expire or contain errors. Before applying or making a decision, you should confirm the role, salary, location, office attendance, eligibility requirements and application deadline directly with the employer.

Application links normally take you to an external employer or recruitment website. Home & Hybrid does not control that external service and is not responsible for its availability, content, privacy practices, recruitment decisions or communications.

Never send money, banking credentials or unnecessary identity documents in response to a suspicious job listing. Report concerns to support@homeandhybrid.co.uk .

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care.

Accounts are currently intended for individual job seekers. Employer self-service registration and publishing are not currently available.

Eligible users can permanently delete their account through Account Security. Deletion is irreversible once completed.

5. Candidate feedback

Verified job-seeker accounts may submit one vote per job and feedback category. Feedback must reflect a genuine, good-faith opinion and must not be manipulated through duplicate accounts, automation, coordinated abuse or other deceptive conduct.

Candidate feedback is aggregated and is not a statement of fact or a professional recommendation. Scores are shown only after the stated minimum response threshold is met.

We may remove or disregard feedback where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, correct technical errors, comply with law or protect the integrity of the service.

6. Saved jobs and browser features

Some features, including saved jobs, hidden jobs and recent searches, may rely on storage in your browser. Clearing browser data, changing device or using private browsing may remove that information. You should not rely on these features as your only record of an opportunity or deadline.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
• attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits or security controls;
• introduce malware or interfere with the website’s operation;
• scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the service without permission;
• create deceptive accounts or manipulate candidate feedback;
• use the service to harass, threaten, defraud or mislead others; or
• use automated access in a way that places an unreasonable load on the service.

8. Intellectual property

The Home & Hybrid name, branding, website design, original text, software and compiled job-board content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Employer names, logos and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use the website for personal job-search purposes. No other licence is granted unless agreed in writing.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the service for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain available permanently.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the extent permitted by law, Home & Hybrid is not responsible for employment decisions, unsuccessful applications, employer conduct, external websites, losses caused by inaccurate third-party listing information, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the free service.

These terms do not affect any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or close an account where reasonably necessary to address a serious or repeated breach of these terms, suspected fraud, security risk, legal requirement or misuse of the service.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
