We are delighted to offer an opportunity for a Digital Systems Trainer to join our award-winning training team. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated individual to use their training and Meditech EPR skills to make a meaningful impact across the organisation.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated, skilled individual, having experience of working within an NHS Trust, and an understanding of the NHS roles and working practices. We are seeking a passionate individual, who is able to work within a team, act as a role model, empower staff and promote best practice. Experience of delivering both clinical and non-clinical systems training is an advantage, along with designing and creating comprehensive training material and evaluation documents to support the development of training sessions.

Main duties of the job
You will work as part of a small team, delivering high quality training that supports staff to use our Meditech EPR and digital systems confidently and effectively in their day-to-day roles.

You will also design training packages using our online gamified modules, Attensi.

The role involves design and maintenance of comprehensive Lesson Plans.

You will also support our EPR team in the testing of changes to the EPR, and roll out of training of these changes, via planned sessions and floor walking.

The team works in a blended way, with opportunities to be based at our Wirral Centre, or Liverpool Spine offices, alongside home working, providing a flexible and supportive environment for the successful candidate to thrive.
