Job Description

Job summary We have the exciting opportunity for a Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our Clinical Referral Team! This is a fully remote role. This role is not eligible for sponsorship as is does not meet the requirements as set out by the UK Visa and Immigration Service This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified PWP who enjoys clinical assessment, risk management, and working within a supportive, innovative organisation that genuinely values professional development and career progression Main duties of the job As a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner within our Clinical Referral Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring individuals accessing our services receive safe, timely and appropriate care. Working remotely as part of a national team, you will: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for individuals presenting with elevated or imminent risk. Triage referrals and make clinical decisions regarding suitability for Talking Therapies services. Develop risk management and self-management plans. Complete disorder-specific assessments and provide a small caseload of Low Intensity CBT interventions. Signpost and refer individuals to appropriate statutory and voluntary sector services. Manage urgent risk calls and referrals from a range of sources. Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service quality and performance outcomes. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver excellent patient care.
