Main duties of the job
The role involves managing the procurement workplan for National Sourcing Commissioning team, the role will be required to work with other members in the team and stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective delivery of the category strategy in line with organisational and policygoals. The team is based in in Cardiff with an element of home/agile working as part of the role. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Essential criteria
- CIPS Level 5 / equivalent experience
- Proven experience of delivering complex procurement Projects
- Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience of dealing with contract legislation, compliance and probity issues

- Experience of People/ Staff Supervision
- Experience of Managing Risk
- Experience of Category Management
- Experience of engaging with and managing wide range of stakeholders in a professional manner
