Job Description

Job summary
Healthcare is changing, and digital services are at the heart of that transformation.

We are looking for an outstanding applications leader to join our growing Group Digital function at an exciting time in our journey. Supporting two NHS organisations and serving communities across the Black Country, this role offers the opportunity to shape how technology enables safer, better and more efficient patient care.

This is not a role for someone looking to simply maintain the status quo.

We are seeking an individual who thrives on ownership, leads from the front and can inspire confidence across technical teams, operational services and senior stakeholders. Someone who combines strong technical credibility with exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills.

As our Group Head of Applications Support, you will play a pivotal role in developing a modern, customer-focused applications service, helping us maximise the value of our digital investments while supporting some of the most critical systems used across our organisations.
