We're looking for an Insights & Strategy leader to help build and shape a growing research and consulting practice focused on healthcare and life sciences.
This role is ideal for someone who can combine rigorous research with strategic thinking, turning complex insights into clear recommendations that drive action. You'll lead client projects, build senior stakeholder relationships, support business growth, and influence the future direction of the research offering.
Key responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end strategic QUAL insight projects
Translate research into actionable business recommendations
Manage and grow senior client relationships
Contribute to thought leadership and industry research
Support business development and new opportunities
Help shape research methodologies and service propositions
We're looking for someone who:
Has significant experience in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences insights and strategy, particularly with trends and benchmarking from a qual perspective.
Thinks commercially and strategically, not just methodologically
Is confident engaging with senior stakeholders
Has experience leading client engagements and presenting complex findings
