Sales Coordinator
Sales Coordinator - Animal Nutrition - Remote - £60,000 pro rata - Part Time - Fully Remote
The Job:
We are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to support UK sales activity for an established animal nutrition business. This is a fully remote, part time role working 2–3 days per week, providing administrative and operational support across customers, orders and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and coordinate customer orders through to delivery
- Act as a key contact for customers and provide order updates
- Liaise with suppliers, hauliers and logistics partners
- Coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate order and customer records
- Prepare and process sales documentation
- Support the wider sales team with day to day administration
- Identify and resolve potential order or delivery issues
- Ensure customers receive a professional and responsive service
The Company:
An established international animal nutrition business supplying feed and nutritional products to customers across multiple markets. The role offers the opportunity to work remotely as part of a professional and commercially focused UK sales team.
The Candidate:
- Experience in sales administration, sales coordination, customer service, logistics or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicating with customers, suppliers and logistics providers
- Comfortable managing multiple orders and priorities
- Proactive and able to work independently from home
- Competent with Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- Commercially aware with a strong customer service focus
- Experience within animal nutrition, animal feed, agriculture, food or commodities would be advantageous
The Package:
- Salary up to £60,000 FTE, pro rata DOE
- Part-time, 2–3 days per week
- Fully remote / home-based
- Flexible working arrangement
