As part of this exciting role, you will lead on the planning, delivery and optimisation of digital loyalty campaigns across email and SMS channels, supporting both fundraising and retail objectives. You will manage customer and supporter journeys through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, develop automated lifecycle communications, analyse campaign performance and use data-driven insights to improve engagement, retention and income generation. Working collaboratively across fundraising, retail, data and digital teams, you will help deliver innovative digital experiences that maximise lifetime value and support Barnardo's ambitious growth plans.
