The Opportunity
Sphere Digital Recruitment is partnering with a leading global media and marketing agency specialising in the B2B sector to hire a Biddable Media Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for a performance marketing specialist who thrives on driving measurable results across paid media channels. Working within a highly respected and fast-growing business, you'll take ownership of international paid media campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic, helping some of the world's most recognised brands achieve their marketing objectives.

The Role
As the Biddable Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing campaigns from brief through to execution, optimisation and reporting. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations and ensuring campaigns consistently exceed expectations.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across planning, activation and ad operations while also supporting the development of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end biddable media campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic channels
Develop and present strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
Monitor, optimise and analyse campaign performance to maximise ROI
Lead a test-and-learn approach, identifying new opportunities across platforms, audiences and formats
Deliver insightful reporting and performance reviews with clear, actionable recommendations
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic consultation
Work closely with planning and activation teams to develop integrated media solutions
Oversee campaign budgets, bookings and financial reconciliations
Stay ahead of industry developments, platform updates and emerging trends
About You
Experience managing biddable media campaigns within an agency environment
Strong expertise across Paid Social, particularly LinkedIn Ads
Working knowledge of Paid Search and/or Programmatic advertising
Experience handling client relationships and presenting campaign strategies
Strong analytical and numerical skills with confidence interpreting data
Commercially minded with a proactive, solution-focused approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Experience working with B2B clients
Additional European language skills
Previous experience mentoring or managing junior team members
