I'm working with one of the UK's most respected media agencies as they continue to invest in their Paid Social team. They're looking for a Paid Social Account Manager who combines strong platform expertise with a passion for delivering outstanding client results.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on in-platform while also building client relationships and contributing to wider strategic thinking.
The Opportunity
As a Paid Social Account Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering and optimising campaigns across major social platforms, working closely with senior team members, clients and platform partners to drive performance and growth.
You'll take ownership of campaign delivery, performance analysis and optimisation, helping clients achieve their business objectives through innovative and effective paid social activity.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing and optimising Paid Social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok and Snapchat
Translating media plans into effective campaign activation and execution
Monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven optimisation recommendations
Supporting testing programmes and identifying opportunities for innovation and growth
Acting as a key day-to-day contact for clients and building trusted relationships
Delivering clear reporting, insights and actionable recommendations
Working collaboratively with wider digital and media teams on integrated campaigns
Managing budgets, forecasting and campaign pacing to ensure best-in-class delivery
Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture
What We're Looking For
Paid Social experience gained within an agency or in-house environment
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and other key social advertising platforms
Experience analysing campaign performance and delivering actionable insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Passion for digital media and performance marketing
