Job Description

Cloud Support Analyst Department: Information Technology (IT) Location: Remote – United Kingdom Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–1 Year Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Cloud Support Analyst to join our growing IT support team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a career in cloud technologies and technical support. You will assist customers and internal teams by troubleshooting cloud-based applications, resolving technical issues, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Comprehensive training and ongoing career development will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cloud computing and IT support. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line technical support via email, phone, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot software, cloud application, and user account issues. Escalate complex technical problems to senior support engineers. Monitor support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution. Assist with user account creation, password resets, and access management. Document incidents, solutions, and troubleshooting steps accurately. Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards. Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve customer issues. Follow IT security policies and data protection procedures. Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). 0–1 year of IT support or customer service experience. Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365. Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) is advantageous. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
