Job Description

Global NetSuite Owner/Administrator Predominately Home Based (1-2 times a month in Central London Offices) £70,000 - £100,000 + Bonus & Benefits (Salary dependent on experience) Drive the future of global financial systems. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Global Financial Systems Owner/ Administrator to join a growing international organisation in a newly created role. This position offers the chance to take ownership of a complex global financial systems landscape, supporting finance teams across more than 20 countries while driving continuous improvement, automation and operational excellence. The successful candidate will become the technical owner of several business-critical financial platforms, ensuring they remain secure, scalable and aligned with evolving business requirements. Working closely with Finance, IT and external partners, they will play a key role in delivering projects, enhancing system capabilities and supporting a global user community. The Opportunity This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with business partnering. The successful individual will oversee the administration, optimisation and ongoing development of a broad financial technology estate, whilst leading global initiatives and managing a small offshore support team. With significant exposure across multiple business functions, this role offers the opportunity to influence financial systems strategy while delivering tangible improvements to users across an international organisation. Key Responsibilities Administer, configure and maintain core financial systems, ensuring high levels of performance, security and reliability. Lead the administration and ongoing enhancement of platforms including NetSuite, Kyriba, Concur, Stripe, Ramp and integrations through Boomi. Develop, test and deploy system customisations, scripts, workflows and third-party integrations. Manage multiple global projects simultaneously, delivering enhancements and new functionality across the financial systems landscape. Lead and mentor a small offshore support team, providing technical guidance and prioritising workload. Manage NetSuite's biannual release cycle, including sandbox testing, impact assessments and production deployment. Provide second and third-line technical support, resolving complex system issues and driving continuous improvement. Design and develop custom reports, dashboards and saved searches that provide meaningful business insights. Automate business processes through workflows, approval processes and system enhancements. Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to ensure data integrity, system stability and operational efficiency. Produce and maintain system documentation, user guides and training materials. Ensure financial systems remain compliant with internal controls, governance standards and regulatory requirements. About the Individual The successful candidate will combine strong technical capability with an excellent understanding of finance operations and business processes. They will be equally comfortable configuring enterprise systems, leading projects and engaging with stakeholders across multiple countries and business functions. They will typically bring: At least five years' experience administering and supporting NetSuite within a complex business environment. Strong knowledge of SuiteScript, workflows, saved searches, reports, forms, records and platform configuration. Experience delivering financial systems projects and managing competing priorities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles. Experience collaborating with global stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones. The ability to balance technical expertise with commercial awareness. Why Apply?
