Job Description

Seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to manage claimant cases of serious injury valued £150k-£1m+. FULLY REMOTE ROLE. Client Details This award-winning national law firm is renowned for its expertise in personal injury law, particularly in handling complex, high-value serious injury cases. Managing a caseload of claimant serious injury matters valued £150k-£1m+.? Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the claims process.? Collaborating with medical professionals, experts, and other stakeholders to build robust cases.? Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.? Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records using the firm's case management system.? Supervising and mentoring junior team members, as appropriate.? Attending court hearings and settlement negotiations as required.? Keeping abreast of developments in personal injury law and practice. Profile The Personal Injury Solicitor should be:? A solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years' PQE in handling serious injury matters.? Proficient in managing high-value, complex claimant cases.? Experienced in working with medical experts and interpreting complex medical evidence.? Able to demonstrate a strong track record of successful settlements and litigated outcomes.? Willing to travel to the office twice a month for team collaboration and meetings.
