A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join its busy property department in Nantwich.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified property lawyer with 5+ years' PQE/qualified experience who is looking to join a supportive team, manage a quality caseload, and play a key role in the continued growth of the department.
The Role You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of property transactions while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion
Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Managing remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
Reviewing title documentation and raising enquiries
Reporting to clients and lenders
Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and third parties
Ensuring compliance with lender requirements and regulatory obligations
Maintaining excellent client communication throughout transactions
Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with referrers and clients
About YouEssential Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
Minimum 5 years' PQE/qualified conveyancing experience
Proven ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently
Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property matters
Excellent client care and communication skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem solving
Desirable Experience handling complex residential transactions
Experience using case management systems
Ability to support and mentor junior team members
